Is my holiday financially protected?
Absolutely yes, we have multiple levels of financial protection in place to ensure your holidays are 100% financially secure. We hold an ATOL license meaning your holidays are protected by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA).
We are members of the Travel Network Group and benefit from their 100% Financial Protection Program. Any money received from our clients is paid into a trust account where it is protected.
We only work with select suppliers who have adequate financial protection in place.

What do I do if I want to change my booking?
We understand that from time to you may need to modify your holiday and we will do our best to ensure this happens with as little impact to you as possible. We only work with suppliers that make flexibility as easy as possible and in fact, flexibility is one of our values.
However, as there may be many factors to your holiday (flights, season, availability etc.) each change will be dealt with differently
All the T&C’s of your holidays will be explained clearly before you book and any potential restrictions will be made clear.
Do you have an emergency contact number?
Yes! We have an emergency contact who will be available for you 24 hours a day. The telephone number will be sent to you when you have made your booking prior to travel.
Is there a fee when booking with you?
No, there is no fee when booking with us. All our payments are received from our suppliers. We guarantee that you will never be charged over the published price. In fact we have great relationships with our partners meaning we may be able to get you an even better deal!
Do I need travel insurance?
We would 100% always recommend taking travel insurance. However, we are not financial advisors and do not offer any travel insurance directly.
We can happily recommend a reputable insurance broker who will be able to manage any of your insurance needs.
How can I pay for my booking?
We have a choice of payment methods to suit you. We accept all debit and credit cards. You can pay via a secure payment link, over the phone or a bank transfer.
