JOB DESCRIPTION
ROLE TITLE: Travel Experience Executive
PRIMARY BASE: Hybrid – Stockport Innovation & Business Centre, Broadstone Mill, SK5 7DL & Home Working
ACCOUNTABLE TO: Nathan Stubbs, Director
PURPOSE OF ROLE:
As a Travel Experience Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the travel experiences of individuals and groups. You will develop relationships with our clients to understand their travel aspirations, preferences and budget. You will offer a 360 approach, supporting with the creation of bespoke itineraries that encompass luxury accommodations, exclusive experiences and seamless travel arrangements, whilst also supporting to manage all pre and post departure needs. You will help actively promote our services by attending industry events and networking opportunities.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences and budget.
- Support in developing personalised itineraries that align with clients’ travel aspirations, incorporating luxury accommodations, unique experiences, and seamless travel arrangements.
- Develop relationships with our travel providers to help secure preferential rates and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our discerning client base, maintaining high standards of professionalism and attentiveness.
- Represent the company with integrity, upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct and confidentiality.
Pre-Departure
- Assist clients in gathering and processing necessary travel documents, including passports, visas and travel insurance.
- Prepare, manage and distribute detailed travel itineraries to clients, including flight information, accommodation details and transportation arrangements.
- Provide clients with comprehensive travel information, including local customs, currency exchange rates, emergency contacts and essential travel tips.
- Follow and adhere to all payment, financial and compliance procedures.
Post-Departure
- Support in addressing any travel-related issues or concerns that may arise during or after the trip, working closely with travel providers and clients to resolve promptly.
- Gather feedback from clients regarding their travel experience, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to continuous service enhancement.
- Follow and adhere to all payment, financial and compliance procedures.
Business Development
- Be willing to develop and execute a comprehensive LinkedIn/Social Media strategy to enhance brand visibility and attract new business opportunities.
- Be open to attending targeted events to build Conscious Travel’s brand awareness and help recruit new clients.

BENEFITS PACKAGE=
- Basic salary £25,000 – £28,000 experience depending.
- Generous uncapped commission structure. OTE circa. £35,000.
